Blossom™ IVTE
Blossom™ IVTE, is the Integrated Valve Tissue Expander by GCA®. The product is intended for temporary subcutaneous implantation and requires periodic, incremental inflation with sterile saline for injection until the desired amount of tissue is developed.

Main features
- Blossom™ IVTE must be filled with a sterile isotonic saline solution only. A 21-gauge standard needle is then inserted percutaneously into the port of the expander and the saline is then infused into the expander to inflate it to moderate skin tension. GCA® offers volumes between 200cc and 800cc to cover surgeon's needs.
- A GCA® prospective study was conducted to examine complications and psychological effects of two-stage breast reconstruction. The study demonstrates high patient’s satisfaction rates in the target population.
